Bachelor Party Planning Tips

Planning the bachelor party is a big job. These tips keep it simple and make sure the groom gets the night he deserves.

1. LOCK THE DATE FIRST: Pick the date before anything else, then build around it. Fridays and Saturdays fill up fast, so book as early as you can, especially if you want the 390 Club.

2. GET A REAL HEADCOUNT: Send the invite early and ask for a firm yes or no by a set date. Your headcount decides which package fits and how much room you need.

3. COLLECT THE MONEY BEFORE THE NIGHT: Nobody wants to chase payments at 2 AM. Our e-vites include a gift-buying option, so the group can chip in ahead of time for extra 390 Cash or upgrades.

4. BUILD A BUDGET EVERYONE CAN LIVE WITH: Plan for admission, drinks, food and dances. Private dances start at $20. A package bundles most of it into one plan, making it easier to split the cost.

5. KNOW THE GROOM: Is he the center-of-attention type or the low-key type? Tell your party planner. We will set up the night to match, from a staged show to a quiet VIP table.

6. PLAN THE RIDE: Book a round-trip limo or shuttle through us, or line up a designated driver. Getting everyone home safely is part of the plan.

7. SEND THE RULES TO THE GROUP CHAT: Everyone must be 21+ and have a valid government-issued photo ID. Share the dress code too, so nobody gets turned away at the door. (See Know Before You Go below.)

8. TAKE THE GROUP PHOTO BEFORE YOU WALK IN: Photos and video are not allowed inside the club. Get your shots in the parking lot or at dinner.

9. EAT BEFORE OR EAT HERE: Start with dinner, or let our late-night kitchen handle it. Either way, a fed crew lasts longer.

10. PACE THE NIGHT: With doors open until 6 AM on weekends, there is no need to rush. Drink water between rounds and save some energy for the groom’s big moment.

11. PICK ONE PERSON:  Choose one organizer to talk with your party planner. It keeps details straight and avoids crossed wires on the night.
